These terms apply when you use the Bappa Agro mobile app for Android and iOS and the website www.bappaagroonline.com (together, the “service”), run by Bappa Agro, Metoda G.I.D.C., Rajkot, Gujarat, India. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Catalogue information
Product details are provided for general information. Models, specifications, pricing and availability may change, and our team will provide final confirmation before any sale.
2. An inquiry is not a purchase
Sending an inquiry does not create an order, booking or purchase contract. The terms of any sale will be confirmed and agreed separately with our team.
3. Buy & Sell
- Your account. You need to sign in with your own mobile number to use Buy & Sell. Give accurate profile details and keep your phone secure, because anyone with it can use your account.
- Your listings. You are responsible for what you post. Listings must be for real agricultural products or equipment that you have the right to sell or want to buy, with honest descriptions, photos and prices.
- Review and removal. Every listing is reviewed before it is published. We may reject, hide or remove any listing, comment or account that breaks these terms or the law, or that other users report, without notice.
- Not allowed: stolen, illegal or unsafe items; misleading or duplicate listings; spam; abusive, hateful or offensive content; other people’s photos or personal details without permission; and anything that is not related to agriculture.
- Deals are between buyer and seller. Bappa Agro only provides a place to connect. We are not a party to any deal made through Buy & Sell, and we do not check, guarantee or take responsibility for listed items, payments, delivery or the people involved. Inspect items and verify the other person before you pay.
- Your content. You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You allow us to store and show them in the service while your listing is active.
4. Responsible use
Use the service lawfully, provide accurate contact information, and do not try to disrupt, overload, copy, spam or misuse it, or to access data or accounts that are not yours.
5. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. You can delete your account at any time.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, and it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. As far as the law allows, Bappa Agro is not responsible for losses that come from using the service, from information in listings posted by other users, or from deals between users.
7. Changes
We may update the service or these terms when necessary. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and for important changes we will let you know in the app. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction. For questions, call 75750 49549 or 72278 37777.
