Delete your Bappa Agro account

You can delete your Bappa Agro Buy & Sell account and its data yourself, from inside the app, at any time. You only have an account if you signed in with your mobile number. Browsing the catalogue does not create an account.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Bappa Agro app.
  2. Tap the Settings icon at the top right of the screen.
  3. If you are not signed in, tap Sign in with phone and sign in with the mobile number of the account you want to delete.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete account (in red).
  5. Read the message and tap Delete to confirm. You will see “Your account was deleted.” and you will be signed out.

What is deleted

Deleted permanently, straight away

  • Your Buy & Sell profile: mobile number, name, email, address, state, district, taluka and village
  • All your listings, including drafts, earlier versions, and listings waiting for review
  • All photos from your listings (removed from our storage shortly afterwards)
  • Comments you posted
  • Reports you filed

This cannot be undone. If you use the app again later, you will start with a new, empty account.

Not deleted automatically

  • Product inquiries you sent (name, mobile number, village, taluka, district, message and any voice recording). Inquiries are not linked to your account, so deleting the account does not remove them. See below to ask us to delete them.
  • Limited technical logs kept by our hosting providers for security, which are deleted on their normal schedule.

Ask us to delete your data without the app

If you can no longer use the app, or you want your inquiries deleted, call us:

Please call from the mobile number linked to your account or inquiry, and tell us what you want deleted (your account, your inquiries, or both). To protect you, we may call you back on that number to confirm it is you. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

તમે તમારું બાપા એગ્રો ખરીદ-વેચાણ ખાતું અને તેની માહિતી એપમાંથી જાતે જ, ગમે ત્યારે કાઢી નાખી શકો છો. તમે મોબાઇલ નંબરથી લોગિન કર્યું હોય તો જ તમારું ખાતું હોય છે. ફક્ત કેટલોગ જોવાથી કોઈ ખાતું બનતું નથી.

એપમાંથી ખાતું કાઢી નાખો

  1. બાપા એગ્રો એપ ખોલો.
  2. સ્ક્રીનના ઉપર જમણી બાજુએ આવેલા સેટિંગ્સ આઇકન પર ટેપ કરો.
  3. જો લોગિન ન કર્યું હોય, તો મોબાઇલથી સાઇન ઇન કરો પર ટેપ કરો અને જે ખાતું કાઢવું હોય તે મોબાઇલ નંબરથી લોગિન કરો.
  4. સેટિંગ્સમાં નીચે સુધી સ્ક્રોલ કરો અને લાલ રંગમાં આવેલા એકાઉન્ટ કાઢી નાખો પર ટેપ કરો.
  5. સંદેશ વાંચો અને પુષ્ટિ કરવા કાઢી નાખો પર ટેપ કરો. તમને “તમારું એકાઉન્ટ કાઢી નાખ્યું છે.” દેખાશે અને તમે સાઇન આઉટ થઈ જશો.

શું કાઢી નાખવામાં આવે છે

તરત જ, કાયમ માટે કાઢી નાખવામાં આવે છે

  • તમારી ખરીદ-વેચાણ પ્રોફાઇલ: મોબાઇલ નંબર, નામ, ઇમેઇલ, સરનામું, રાજ્ય, જિલ્લો, તાલુકો અને ગામ
  • તમારી બધી જાહેરાતો, જેમાં ડ્રાફ્ટ, જૂના વર્ઝન અને તપાસ બાકી હોય તેવી જાહેરાતો પણ સામેલ છે
  • તમારી જાહેરાતોના બધા ફોટા (થોડા સમયમાં અમારા સ્ટોરેજમાંથી પણ દૂર થાય છે)
  • તમે લખેલી ટિપ્પણીઓ
  • તમે કરેલા રિપોર્ટ

આ પાછું લાવી શકાશે નહીં. પછીથી ફરી એપ વાપરશો તો નવું, ખાલી ખાતું બનશે.

આપમેળે કાઢી નાખવામાં આવતું નથી

  • તમે મોકલેલી પ્રોડક્ટ પૂછપરછ (નામ, મોબાઇલ નંબર, ગામ, તાલુકો, જિલ્લો, સંદેશ અને વૉઇસ રેકોર્ડિંગ). પૂછપરછ તમારા ખાતા સાથે જોડાયેલી નથી, એટલે ખાતું કાઢી નાખવાથી તે દૂર થતી નથી. તે કઢાવવા માટે નીચે જુઓ.
  • સુરક્ષા માટે હોસ્ટિંગ પ્રદાતાઓ પાસે રહેતા મર્યાદિત ટેક્નિકલ લોગ, જે તેમના સામાન્ય સમયપત્રક મુજબ કાઢી નાખવામાં આવે છે.

એપ વગર માહિતી કાઢી નાખવા માટે વિનંતી કરો

જો તમે હવે એપ વાપરી શકતા ન હોવ, અથવા તમારી પૂછપરછ કઢાવવી હોય, તો અમને ફોન કરો:

કૃપા કરીને તમારા ખાતા અથવા પૂછપરછ સાથે જોડાયેલા મોબાઇલ નંબર પરથી ફોન કરો અને જણાવો કે શું કાઢી નાખવું છે (ખાતું, પૂછપરછ અથવા બંને). તમારી સુરક્ષા માટે, તે તમે જ છો તેની ખાતરી કરવા અમે એ જ નંબર પર પાછો ફોન કરી શકીએ છીએ. અમે 30 દિવસની અંદર માહિતી કાઢી નાખીશું અને પૂર્ણ થયે તમને જાણ કરીશું.
